Work/Life Balance Coaching As your work/life balance coach I will develop a programme for you that is tailored to your needs. I will help you focus on your strengths, identify what is really important to you, clarify your goals and support you as you take steps to create the life you want. My Work/Life Balance Workout can be delivered as a series of 6 or 7 sessions or as two intensive sessions. The Workout comes with a handy workbook, packed with useful tools and techniques, that you can use again, after your coaching programme has ended, to keep your life in balance.
