Explorer Programme – Six-step structured programme for those considering a change of direction.

  • This is for you if you are considering a change of direction and want to take a thorough look at your career
  • If you commit to the programme you will emerge with a practical action plan and with renewed confidence and focus

It comprises the following steps:

  • My Story – this session looks back at the highs and lows of your career and life, your achievements, and at lessons learned
  • Essence of Me – this session explores who you are now, what you stand for and your personal and professional strengths
  • All I Can Be – here we look towards the future.  We explore your work motivators and your Ideal Working Life.  By the end of this session you will be very clear about what you must have in your work or career to be satisfied and motivated
  • Navigating Boundaries and Barriers – here we look at the constraints that might hold you back from achieving your ideal career or life and we find strategies that will work for you in tackling these barriers
  • Assets and Options – now we audit your skills, interests and passions, review your CV, generate future career options and create a rich picture of your future
  • Stepping into the Future – we coach you on clarifying and promoting your Personal Brand and on presenting and sustaining yourself .  We also help you plot your way forward

Flexibility –although this is a structured programme, it is very flexible so we will always contract with you at the beginning of every session to ensure you gain maximum value from  your time.  Alternative or additional sessions on other career-related issues can be offered or substituted e.g. on interview preparation, networking, further help with your CV, making presentations or handling pressure and stress

Career Transition

  • This is for you if you find yourself in career transition due to an external change at work e.g. you have been made redundant or your company’s re-structuring has overturned your future career prospects 
  • This is also  for you if a transition is being triggered internally - through a gradual realisation that your career or lifestyle is no longer satisfying 
  • Many of our clients find themselves in the job they always wanted, yet are left with a ‘so what’ feeling. 
  • Or they have not quite reached their target job but no longer aspire to it - somehow they have lost the drive to achieve what they once hungered for – and yet they feel that they want to do more, be more, have a satisfying career – just not this career.
